Special Notice about all ground shipping guide-lines

Effective June 6, 2016, our ground shipping carriers (Fed Ex and UPS) are changing the measurement that determines whether the Additional Handling Charge will be applied for oversized packages shipped within the U.S.

Any package with the longest side exceeding 48 inches (previously 60 inches) will be assessed a $10.50 "additional handling fee".

We need 3 inches for packing protection and a box. Therefore, what this means to you is that any package with a length over 45 inches (plus 3 inches for packing/box) will be charge the Additional Handling Fee. This fee is charged by the carriers and will be the customer's responsibility.

Most of you are already aware of this charge, but please make note of the measurement change.

If you have any questions please contact us.
